Pure Mitti products are currently shipping to all of US and Canada.

All in-stock orders ship from our warehouse within next 1-2 business days. 

We offer a free shipping for purchases over $50.00 for US domestic buyers.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply also we're not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase. Please send an email to info@puremitti.com and let us know why you want to return your goods. 

If an item is damaged when you receive it, please report the damage to info@puremitti.com within 3 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. 

Pure Mitti will not be responsible for returns that are lost in transit, hence we recommend you use a shipping service with a reliable tracking number.
